Perfect location for traveling by ferry or plane.
Small hotel but homey, very helpful staff especially Miss Claire who able to provide informations regarding hotel,restaurants and sightseeing in fluency English.

The hotel has a great location, comfortable rooms, and a view of Mount Rishiri. If you want to use the free airport shuttle, please contact the hotel before departure. There are electric assisted bicycles available for rent, but the cost is calculated per 2 hours, which is not cost-effective. 😅

We were picked up from the airport and helped transport our luggage to the hotel for the second night. Like the service at the hotel!
